·了解和使用过CVS或SVN等原始码版本控制系统。
·善于交流，有较好的语言组织能力。有较好的英文读写表达能力。

·能适应快节奏的工作环境，能承受一定的工作压力。
·计算机或相关专业本科学历，或本科相当的经历。
Job Qualifications:
·Minimum of two years of professional software(PHP or Java)development experience.
·Excellent programming skills implementing dynamic web pages using PHP(or equivalent languages),DHTML,Javascript,AJAX technology,and CSS.
·Proficiency/experience in databases like MySQL,Oracle,or MSSQL.
·Experience with any LAMP/WAMP(Linux or Windows/Apache/MySQL/PHP)based products is preferred.
·Practical experiences in object-oriented design and understanding of design patterns.
·Work experience with version control system,such as CVS or SVN
·Excellent communication skills(in English and Chinese).
·Motivated and assertive in learning and taking ownership of projects.
·Must be able to excel in a fast-paced collaborative environment,react quickly and well to change,and meet aggressive deadlines
·Bachelor degree in computer science,engineering or equivalent experience.
